Ever since I can remember, I have been inspired by all forms of creativity, and throughout my life have enjoyed working in a wide range of mediums.  As a visual artist I am mostly self-taught, though privileged to have studied under some fabulous talents -- including  world renowned artist, Paul Chelko, whose work continues to influence my process today.  I furthered my visual arts education taking classes at Boston University’s School of Fine Arts while earning a BS in Film Production with an emphasis on screenwriting and directing at The School of Broadcasting and Film.  There I discovered a whole new appreciation for dramatic expression and came to truly grasp the awesome power of story telling.

Out of my passion for film and drama I developed my own unique style and approach to both collage and wire sculpture.  Through these mediums, or a combination of mediums, I encourage clients to collaborate with me in designing their very own Innerlight Creation.

In addition, because I love creative challenges and projects of all kinds,       I also offer an array of other artistic and design services.  From creative writing, editing and story consulting to decorating on a dime, details can be found on the "Other Creative Services" page.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, I moved to Los Angeles, California in 1998 where I lived and worked in the film and television industries, as well as in various other creative capacities for eleven years.  More importantly, there I met my husband, Clay.  In the summer of 2009 we moved (or in my case, moved back) to Atlanta for a number of exciting reasons, but mostly to be closer to our families as they expand and we all get older.  I am very happy to once again be a part of Atlanta's thriving creative community.
